The Media Law Forum recently orchestrated a networking event in Habarana, Sri Lanka, with a specific focus on the North Central province. Taking place on the evening of November 4, 2023, the workshop was designed to address critical issues related to freedom of expression in the country. The event aimed to create a platform for journalists to connect, collaborate, and advocate for their rights, with special attention given to the diverse community of journalists and media activists in Habarana.
